PROCESS QUALITY MANAGER

To support, maintain and optimize customer satisfaction, personnel satisfaction and organizational development (business excellence) by means of Quality Management and Process Management activities.

Reports to the Project Director HCPT MS.

Main responsibility

• To develop and implement strategies and policies for HCPT MS according to guidelines/directives, local regulations and professional standards.
• To improve organizational/operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Prepare, organizing, supporting and ensuring that necessary activities are performed as required according to existing Huawei (Quality) Management system principles, to assure the right Quality level.
• Analyze, propose and implement a (new / tailored) way of working,
• relevant and fitting into Huawei’s strategies and policies.
• To improve HCPT MS’s organizational/operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Knowledge sharing and increase competence

• Train, facilitate, and coach employees and managers within the scope of Quality Management aspects.
• To improve and promote an up to date quality knowledge and use.

Processes, methods and tools

• Prepare specifications, develop, implement and anchor: processes, procedures, work-instructions, process measurements, checklists and propose improvements, according to Huawei’s guidelines/directives, local regulations and professional standards (e.g. MSUP),
• To encourage and promote the culture of continuous improvement.

Audits / assessments / measurements

• Prepare and perform QA activities (audits/assessments/measurements), analyze and report related results and propose improvements according to the company policy and guidelines, in order to timely provide management with the right and up to date information (to be able) to take adequate actions and/or decisions.

Candidate Requirement

• Applicants must meet the following minimum requirement in terms of work experience and educational background to be eligible.
• Academic bachelor’s degree/diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications engineering from a reputed university
• 5-7 years of experience within the scope of own professional (technical/professional area) and in Quality Management in a Telecom or Electronics Company will be preferred

Preferred Job Qualifications

• Applicants who possess one or more of the following skill sets or qualifications in addition to the above minimum requirement are preferred.
• Processes (eTOM, ITIL) and product knowledge. Knowledge
• of development and/or business processes and products within the scope of own professional area.
• * Knowledge of Quality Management standards such as ISO, TQM, EMS etc.
• Drive change
• Initiates ideas for changes and implement actions for improvements. Understands the need for changes and contributes actively to implementation. Takes initiative to review ways of working when findings show non-supportive processes and behavior. Result oriented.
• Consultative skills
• Acts in a consultative way, has the ability to ask the right question, listen to the client and understand the client’s business environment, needs and possibilities, leading to a practical advise.
• Presentation skills
• Ability to hold presentations internally and externally for all kind of stakeholders. Understands and uses presentation techniques to structure and present so that the desired result is attained.
• Team Player
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to the team spirit in a positive manner
