I.Fund Manager (MI) - (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the Investment Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing a fund’s investing strategy and managing its portfolio trading activities.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years experience in investments products in which preferably 5 years served as Fund Manager (Senior Manager) in Securities/Asset Management Company
* Holds minimum bachelor/master degree in any major, preferably majoring in Finance/Accounting
* Has excellent knowledge in local, regional, and international investment market.
* Fluent in English, both oral and written, especially in presentation situation
* Computer literate, especially in Windows, Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point) and Internet
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking
* Has good leadership, team building, customer orientation, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
* High integrity and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
* Has Investment Manager Representative License (WMI) from Bapepam.
* Hold CFA will be strongly advantages
II.Head Of Online Broking (E-Trading) - (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement all marketing and promotional efforts in order to establish strong brand equity (e - trading) and achieve financial goals;
* Develop related marketing & communication tools to create products awareness
* Develop strategic and execution to increase sales volume.
Requirements:
* Minimum 8 years experience in Sales or Marketing of investments products in which preferably 5 years served as Sales & Marketing Manager in Securities Company
* Have experience in building and maintaining brand image, product launching and marketing campaign
* Holds minimum bachelor/master degree in any major, preferably majoring in Marketing
* Has excellent knowledge in local, regional, and international investment market.
* Fluent in English, both oral and written, especially in presentation situation
* Computer literate, especially in Windows, Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point) and Internet
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking
* Have good leadership, team building, customer orientation, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
* High integrity and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
* Has Broker-Dealer Representatives License (WPPE) from Bapepam.
III.Chief Financial Officer - (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the President Director, the successful candidate will be responsible to oversee all the company's accounting practices, including accounting departments, preparing budgets, financial reports, tax & audit functions. The person will also be responsible to direct financial strategy, planning & forecasts as well as to supervise investment & raising funds for business.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in any major, preferably majoring in Finance or Accounting
* Minimum 10 years experience in Finance / Corporate Strategy from reputable Public Listed Company, preferably in Aviation industry
* Fluent in English, both oral and written, especially in presentation situation
* Computer literate, especially in Windows, Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point) and Internet
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking
* Have good leadership, team building, customer orientation, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
* High integrity and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
IV.Head of Compliance - (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the Director, the successful candidate will be responsible in various organization function such as Human Resources, Internal Audit, Legal and implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).
Requirements:
* Minimum 8 years experience in Financial Industries and preferably 5 years served as Compliance Head in Small Medium Enterprise (SME).
* Holds minimum Bachelor/Master degree in any major, preferably majoring in Law, Management or Business Administration.
* Has excellent knowledge in local, regional, and international investment market.
* Fluent in English, both oral and written, especially in presentation situation
* Computer literate, especially in Windows, Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point) and Internet
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking
* Have good leadership, team building, customer orientation, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
* High integrity and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
* Hold CFA/CRM/ ChFC certification will be strongly advantages.
