We invite highly qualified and energetic professionals to fill the following positions:

I.Legal Manager - (Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Utara)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible to manage all legal activities within the company groups through providing legal advise and counsel, modifying legal policies and procedures, reviewing companies documents.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
* Have knowledge in corporate law and all respective laws.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience at the same field preferably in mal business/real estate.
* Good negotiation skill and proficient in Legal English
* Mature, good interpersonal skill and strong leadership.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.

II.Public Relation Officer - (Jakarta Raya - Pluit-Jakarta Utara)

Responsibilities:

* Liaising with colleagues & key spoke people
* Answering enquiries from media
* Distributing press releases to targeted media
* Orginising events including press conference, exhibitions, opendays & press tours
* Sourcing & managing speaking and sponsorship opportunities.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Pluit-Jakarta Utara.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.

III.Tenant Relation Administration - (Jakarta Raya - Pluit-Jakarta Utara)

Responsibilities:

* Supporting team for tenant relation.
* Maintain & Review tenant files.
* Handle complain from tenant.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
* Required language(s): English.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Pluit-Jakarta Utara.
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (max 2 years experience at the same field).
* Full-Time positions available.

IV.MEP Engineer - (Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Barat)

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Barat.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.

V.Drafter - (Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Barat)

Responsibilities:

* Design and prepare complete and accurate working plans, charts, scale drawings and revisions for complex projects, integrating skilled architectural/engineering drafting methods and procedures with the operation and application of computer-aided design (CAD) equipment and software.
* Design and prepare detailed electronic (CAD) working plans, charts and/or scale drawings for complex projects from observation, measurements, sketches and specifications.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Architecture or equivalent.
* Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD is a must.
* Must be able to use drafting standards to create construction documents.
* Required language(s): English
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Barat.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
